Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how darola.net (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit software.darola.net, purchase Browser Full History, or contact us for support.
1. The short version
Browser Full History is a local-first browser extension: the browsing data it captures stays on your device and is never sent to us. The website is separate. If you accept our cookie banner, this website uses Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use it. The site also collects what is needed to sell the software and answer support requests. Full details are in the sections below.
2. Who we are
The operator of this site is darola.net. For privacy-related questions, contact us at [email protected].
3. Information the extension collects (on your device)
Browser Full History runs entirely in your browser. Depending on your settings, it may capture and store locally on your device:
- Page titles, URLs, and extracted readable page text
- Clipboard copies, clicked links, and non-password form field content you interact with
- Timestamps, dwell time, and classification metadata used for search and timeline views
This data is stored in your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB). We do not operate a backend that receives, stores, or processes your browsing history. We cannot access your captured data unless you choose to share it with us (for example, in a support email).
Password fields and hidden form fields are not read by the extension.
4. Information this website collects
When you use software.darola.net, we may process:
- Purchase information: When you buy Browser Full History, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment and billing details needed to complete your order. We receive order-related information from Lemon Squeezy (such as your name, email address, transaction ID, and product purchased) so we can deliver the software and provide support.
- Support communications: If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message (name, email address, message content, and any attachments you send).
- Basic server logs: Our web server may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate site usage.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Process purchases and deliver Browser Full History
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Issue refunds when eligible under our Refund Policy
- Maintain the security and reliability of this website
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Payment processing (Lemon Squeezy)
Lemon Squeezy acts as our merchant of record and payment processor. When you pay on this site, Lemon Squeezy's checkout collects and processes your payment information according to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Lemon Squeezy's documentation at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
7. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
This site is primarily static, but two third parties may set cookies or similar technologies. Lemon Squeezy's checkout may use them when you open the payment overlay. We also use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, and Google may process this data on servers in the United States. We use it only in aggregate to improve the site and do not use it for advertising. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8. Data retention
- Extension data: Retained on your device according to your extension settings until you delete it, uninstall the extension, or clear browser data.
- Purchase and support records: Retained as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, handle refunds, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
- Server logs: Retained for a limited period for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If Lemon Squeezy processed your payment, some requests may need to be directed to Lemon Squeezy as well, since they hold payment and billing records as merchant of record.
10. International transfers
We and our service providers (including Lemon Squeezy) may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used to protect your information.
11. Children
Browser Full History and this site are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
