Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Browser Full History and your use of software.darola.net (the “Site”). By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Site and Browser Full History are operated by darola.net (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: [email protected].
2. The product
Browser Full History is a browser extension for Chromium-based browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, and Brave). It captures browsing-related information locally on your device and provides search, timeline, digest, and settings features as described on the Site.
You receive a license to install and use the extension for your personal or internal business purposes. This is a one-time purchase license unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies apply to checkout, billing, tax collection, and invoicing. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms.
Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed.
4. Delivery
After payment, you will receive instructions to download and install Browser Full History, typically by email to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for installing the extension on a supported browser.
5. License grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Browser Full History. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your license key (if provided)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- Use the software in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
6. Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, or improvements to Browser Full History. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, your license includes free updates for the version line you purchased. We do not guarantee that every future feature will be included in your license.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Your browser, device, and network environment
- Configuring capture settings, domain blocklists, retention, and pause controls in the extension
- Backing up or exporting data you wish to keep before uninstalling or clearing browser data
- Complying with laws that apply to how you capture, store, or use browsing data in your jurisdiction
Browser Full History can capture sensitive information if you browse sensitive sites or copy sensitive text. Use the extension’s settings and your judgment accordingly.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Browsing data captured by the extension stays on your device unless you choose to share it with us.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Browser Full History and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, capture every page perfectly, or remain compatible with every browser version or website change.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, darola.net and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Browser Full History or the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Browser Full History or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply to new purchases after posting; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where darola.net operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
