We want you to be confident buying Browser Full History. If it is not right for you, we offer full refunds under the terms below.
1. Full refund guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Browser Full History for any reason, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid within 30 days of your purchase date.
There are no partial-use penalties, no restocking deductions, and no requirement to explain why, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve the product.
2. How to request a refund

- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or transaction reference (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, if available)
- A brief note that you are requesting a refund
We aim to confirm refund requests within two business days. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record.
3. What happens after a refund
- Your license to use Browser Full History ends when the refund is issued
- Please uninstall the extension after receiving your refund
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment method; Lemon Squeezy typically completes refunds within 5-10 business days
4. Eligibility
Refunds under this policy apply to:
- Direct purchases of Browser Full History from software.darola.net
- Requests made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
- We cannot verify the purchase (for example, no matching order is found)
- The same customer has repeatedly purchased and refunded in a pattern suggesting abuse
We apply these limits only to prevent fraud and keep the full-refund policy fair for genuine customers.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve most issues quickly with a full refund when eligible.
6. Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy's systems. If you need help locating a receipt, check the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy or contact us with the email you used at checkout.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory withdrawal periods where they apply. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
